The honest picture
What 360 Privacy actually is
Pricing
Not published. 360 Delete, 360 Monitor and 360 Defend are sold after a demo, with a quote per executive or program.
Where 360 Privacy is strong
A full digital executive protection program: daily scans and deletions across data brokers, daily search engine de-indexing, deep and dark web monitoring for leaked credentials and doxxing, a vulnerability dashboard and an analyst team that responds to incidents. Backed by $36 million from FTV Capital in 2025.
Where it falls short
No published price, no free scan and no self-serve signup, so a company has to sit through a sales cycle to learn the cost. Customer reviews are almost nonexistent: Glassdoor has employee reviews and the BBB profile shows zero customer reviews.

Reviews
What do 360 Privacy reviews actually say?
Very little, from customers. Search for 360 Privacy reviews and the first page is mostly Glassdoor, where a handful of employees rate it as a place to work. Its Better Business Bureau profile in Brentwood, Tennessee shows no customer reviews. Software directories list a different product called Privacy360. The only client voices are the quotes on 360privacy.io, which are anonymous executives at large companies.
That is normal for a firm that sells to corporate security teams under NDA, but it means you cannot check results the way you would for a consumer service. Before you sign, ask for a sample exposure report on a test executive, the list of broker sites they cover and two reference customers of a similar size.
Price
How much does 360 Privacy cost?
360 Privacy does not publish prices. The site offers a demo, and 360 Delete, 360 Monitor and 360 Defend are quoted per executive or per program. A security team should expect enterprise contract pricing in the same band as other executive protection firms, where public figures run to thousands of dollars per protected person per year.
The table below shows what the buyer can see before talking to sales. If the job is to get five leaders' home addresses and phone numbers off people-search sites and keep them off, a published plan lets you start the same day and compare against a quote later.
| Service | Published price | People covered | How you buy |
|---|---|---|---|
| 360 Privacy | Not published | Per quote | Demo, then contract |
| BlackCloak | Not published (GetApp lists from $3,000 per user) | Per quote | Demo, then contract |
| Hush Professional | $6,000 a year | 1 | Online, Elite by quote |
| Incogni Concierge | $4,999 a year (TechTimes, September 2026) | Up to 5 adults | Online |
| Deindex Executive | $888 a year or $149 a month | Up to 5 | Online, same day |
| Deindex Business | $1,788 a year or $298 a month | Up to 10 | Online, same day |

What you get
What do 360 Delete, 360 Monitor and 360 Defend include?
360 Delete is the removal product. It scans for a protected person's profile on data broker sites every day, files deletions, and works on search engine de-indexing so the listings stop showing up in Google. 360 Monitor watches the deep and dark web for compromised credentials and stolen information. 360 Defend combines both with access to an incident and vulnerability dashboard and hours of managed intelligence support from its analyst team.
The company also sells digital executive protection as a program for corporate security, family offices and partners, with analysts who investigate threats such as doxxing posts. That analyst layer is the real difference from a removal service. You are paying for people who watch and respond, not only for opt-out requests.
Company
Is 360 Privacy legit?
Yes. 360 Privacy was founded in 2019 and is based in the Nashville area, with a Brentwood, Tennessee business address on its BBB profile. Its CEO, Adam Jackson, served in the Army as an infantryman and Green Beret. In March 2025 it raised $36 million in growth equity from FTV Capital, its first outside funding, as reported by SecurityWeek and BankInfoSecurity, and it lists a #510 rank on the 2026 Inc. 5000.
Legit and a good fit are separate questions. A firm built around analysts and enterprise contracts is strong when a company needs a full program. It is slower and more expensive than necessary when a single executive, a physician or an attorney just needs a home address taken off Spokeo, Whitepages and their mirrors.
The verdict
Who should buy 360 Privacy, and who should not
Buy 360 Privacy if your company needs a managed executive protection program: dark web monitoring, doxxing investigation, a threat dashboard and analysts on call, with a budget and a procurement process to match. Its funding and focus make it a serious vendor in that category.
Start with Deindex if the problem is the people-search exposure itself. The free scan shows every listing for each executive before you pay, Executive covers five people for $888 a year with a 24-hour relisting response, and every removal comes with a dated before-and-after screenshot and the legal basis we cited, collected in a quarterly PDF your security team can file.
Why people switch
Why people move from 360 Privacy to Deindex
-
You need executives' home addresses and phone numbers off people-search sites this week, not after a procurement cycle.
-
You want a published price for five people that finance can approve without a quote.
-
Your security team wants a dated before-and-after screenshot and the legal basis for every removal, in a quarterly PDF.
Still deciding? BlackCloak pricing, the other executive protection firm goes through the pricing, what actually gets removed, and where 360 Privacy is the better buy.
If you are still shortlisting, our ranked breakdown of the best data removal service puts 360 Privacy next to every other option on price and legal basis. Want to try the free route first? The data broker opt out list covers what 360 Privacy and Deindex both file on your behalf, and the wider guide to removing your information from the internet explains what no provider can take down.
Our differentiator
We sell proof and legal standing, not a count.
Every provider in this category, 360 Privacy included, will tell you how many opt-out requests it sent. Deindex tells you which legal mechanism each request was filed under, GDPR Article 17, CCPA §1798.105, the broker's own opt-out policy, or Google's personal-information removal tool, and attaches a dated before-and-after screenshot to every resolution. That is what you hand a security team or a lawyer, a number on a dashboard is not evidence.
We also tell you what we cannot remove. Court records, news articles, and anything outside legal removal scope stay published, and we say so upfront rather than take your money for a promise we cannot keep. Currently 50+ data brokers and people-search sites are in the catalog.
