There is no month-to-month plan: you pay the full term upfront, the plan renews automatically, and the standard consumer plans are sold to US residents.

How much is DeleteMe per month?
DeleteMe does not offer a monthly subscription. The cheapest way to think about it per month is $10.75 on the one-year plan or $8.71 on the two-year plan for a single person. That matters if you want to try a service for a month or two first: with DeleteMe the smallest commitment is $129, charged on the day you sign up.
If a monthly option is important to you, Incogni, Optery, Cloaked and Deindex all sell one. Monthly billing always costs more over a full year, so it is worth it only when you are not sure you will keep the service.
What you get for the price
Every consumer DeleteMe plan includes the same features. The only difference between plans is how many people are covered and for how long. According to DeleteMe's plans page, each plan includes:
- Removal from the data broker and people-search sites DeleteMe covers, with new opt-outs added during the year at no extra cost.
- Removal of unlimited aliases, previous names and email addresses for each covered person.
- Custom removal requests on top of the automated service.
- Email and phone masking tools.
- Quarterly privacy reports and a personal DeleteMe privacy expert.
- Email, chat and phone support, plus what DeleteMe calls a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
DeleteMe also says its customers see an average of 15 public, Google-searchable listings removed within days. Treat that as the vendor's own figure. Your number depends on how many sites list you in the first place, which is why it pays to run an exposure scan before you buy any plan, from DeleteMe or anyone else.
Is DeleteMe worth the cost?
DeleteMe is worth $129 a year if you want people handling your removals and a report every quarter, and you are happy to commit for a full year. It has been in business since 2011, it has human privacy experts filing opt-outs, and the family plan is genuinely good value at $6.85 per person per month.
It is weaker value in three situations. First, if you only need one person covered and want the lowest price, Incogni's Standard plan is $95.88 a year and Optery Core is $39 a year. Second, if you want proof, a quarterly report is not the same as a dated before-and-after record of each listing. Third, if you need monthly billing, DeleteMe simply does not offer it. For one person, Deindex costs more than DeleteMe on a yearly plan, $174 against $129, and we would rather say that plainly. For a household the picture flips: the Deindex Family plan is $294 a year for five people, while DeleteMe charges $329 for four. The bigger difference is what you get back. Is DeleteMe free?
No. DeleteMe offers a free scan that shows where your information appears, but the removal service itself is paid on every plan. Nothing is removed until you buy a one-year or two-year subscription. Be wary of any "free DeleteMe" offer that is not on joindeleteme.com.
How much does DeleteMe cost for a business?
DeleteMe for Business has no published price. It is sold through a sales conversation and quoted per organization, for protecting executives and at-risk employees. If you are buying for a team, ask for the price per covered person, whether family members are included, and what the contract term is, so you can compare it fairly with per-seat plans elsewhere. Does DeleteMe renew automatically?
Yes. DeleteMe's plans renew automatically at the end of the term unless you cancel. If you choose the one-year plan to test the service, put a reminder in your calendar a couple of weeks before the renewal date so the decision to keep paying is yours, not the default.
How to pay less for data removal
A few choices change the real cost more than the headline price does:
- Cover the household on one plan. Relatives who share your address keep re-exposing it. A family plan costs less per person than separate individual plans on every service in the table above.
- Pick the longer term only after you have seen results. DeleteMe's two-year plan saves about $49 per person over two separate years, but only if you were going to keep it anyway.
- Buy for the sites that actually list you. A catalog of 750 sites is not worth more to you than one of 50 if the same dozen people-search sites are the ones publishing your address.
- Know what removal does not fix. Getting off broker sites lowers your exposure going forward, but it does not undo fraud that already happened. If leaked details have already turned into an account or a collection in your name, find out what is hurting your credit score and deal with that first.
