For security and HR leaders
An exposed executive home address is a physical-security risk, not an IT ticket.
Deindex for Business removes the home addresses and personal data of named executives and at-risk staff from data brokers and people-search sites, admin-managed with SSO, roles, an audit log, an SLA, and invoicing on your terms, priced per seat from $500 a month.
Why this is a security problem
A home address plus a relatives list is the starting kit for SIM-swap, spear-phishing and stalking.
People-search sites hand out an executive's home address, phone number, past addresses and a map of relatives to anyone who searches their name, free. That is not a privacy inconvenience for a named executive or an at-risk employee, journalist, or public-facing staff member, it is raw material for a social-engineering call, a SIM-swap attempt, or a stalker showing up in person. Deindex removes that exposure and gives your team the evidence and audit trail procurement will ask for.
A worked example
What one at-risk employee's exposure costs to clear by hand
Illustrative math, not a customer figure: our own catalog size and a round analyst rate, so you can re-run it with your own numbers.
Manual removal, per employee, per year
- Sites to check and opt out of
- 50+
- Time per site, form + confirmation
- ~25 min
- Hours for one full pass
- ~21 hrs
- Passes needed per year (brokers relist)
- 4
- Total staff hours per year
- ~84 hrs
- At an illustrative $75/hr analyst rate
- ~$6,300/yr
The hours are not even the real cost
Quarterly is the fastest cadence most security teams can sustain by hand, and every listing that relists between passes sits exposed for weeks, unmonitored, while the risk it creates (a plausible SIM-swap call, a spear-phishing email that knows a home address, a stalker with a street name) does not wait for the next sweep.
Deindex automates the recurring pass, re-scans weekly on the Executive tier and monthly on Business by default, and re-files the removal automatically when a broker relists someone, so the gap between passes closes instead of growing every quarter. Results depend on each site's policy, and some removals are not guaranteed, which is why every request carries dated proof rather than a promise.
See how removals are filed and evidenced on the use cases page, or compare seat pricing against the market on pricing. If you are buying cover for yourself rather than for a team, the personal data removal service page walks through the same decision at an individual price.
What procurement needs before they sign
Enterprise signals, visible before anyone has to ask
The Business tier is sold by a person, priced per seat from $500 a month, and carries the controls a security team checks off before a vendor touches employee data.
SSO (SAML, Okta, Entra)
Provision and deprovision access through the identity provider your team already runs.
Roles & permissions
Admin and member roles, so a security lead manages seats without every reviewer seeing every profile.
Audit log
An append-only record of who did what, exportable for your own compliance file.
Removal SLA
A contractual response time on removal submission and on relisting response.
Invoicing / PO / net terms
Billed the way your finance team actually pays: purchase order, invoice, net-30 or net-60.
DPA
A signed Data Processing Agreement naming every sub-processor, available on request.
Org-wide exposure dashboard
One view of every covered person's exposure and removal status, for the security lead, not just the individual.
Bulk seat import
Onboard a list of executives and at-risk staff at once, and offboard the same way when someone leaves.
Every control here is described in full on the security page: encryption, least-privilege access, the named sub-processor list, DPA availability and our SOC 2 roadmap (in progress, not yet certified).

Before your team signs off
Per seat, from $500 a month, sold by a person rather than a self-serve checkout. See the full tier comparison on the pricing page, or email us for a quote sized to your seat count.
Yes. A Data Processing Agreement naming every sub-processor is available on request. See the security page for the full sub-processor table and our SOC 2 roadmap.
Yes. A relative listed at the same address re-exposes the home, so Business seats can cover a named executive and their household the same way our Family and Executive consumer plans do.
An admin offboards them from the org-wide dashboard. We stop billing for that seat and, if you ask us to, stop new removal work for that person while leaving completed removals in place.
