Incogni sells its business product under a separate brand, Ironwall by Incogni, and every business plan is quoted, not listed. There are three tiers, Essential, Premium and Executive, and they differ mainly in how often exposed personal data is scanned (monthly, every two weeks, or twice a week) and how much security support comes with it. Ironwall is sold in the US and Canada to companies, government agencies and courts that need to protect employees, executives, judges and law enforcement staff. If you only need a handful of people covered with published prices, individual Incogni plans or a removal service with a self-serve business tier can be cheaper and faster to buy.
Does Incogni have a business plan?
Yes. Incogni's business plan is Ironwall by Incogni, which lives on its own site, ironwall.com. It removes employees' personal information from data brokers and the wider searchable web, covers the family members who live with them, and adds privacy tools and threat support on the higher tiers. The consumer site incogni.com links to it from a For Business menu item. You cannot buy it with a card; you fill in a form with the number of people to cover and a sales rep sends a quote.
How much does Incogni for Business cost?
Ironwall does not publish prices. Its pricing page, checked in September 2026, shows three plans with a "Request a quote" button on each and says plans are flexible to fit the organization. For reference, the individual plans on incogni.com are $95.88 a year for Standard and $179.88 for Unlimited, per person, billed yearly, and those are the prices a small company would pay if it bought Incogni seat by seat. Public contracts give a reference point: one Illinois county pays $7,600 a year for 19 court staff on IronWall360 Premium Protection, about $400 per person, as covered in our Ironwall 360 reviews and pricing page.
| Option | Who it covers | Scan and removal frequency | Price |
|---|---|---|---|
| Ironwall Essential | Employees plus residing family | Monthly | Quote only |
| Ironwall Premium | Higher-risk roles plus residing family | Every two weeks | Quote only |
| Ironwall Executive | Highest-risk people plus residing family | Twice a week | Quote only |
| Incogni Standard, bought per seat | 1 person | Ongoing automated requests | $95.88 a year each |
| Incogni Unlimited, bought per seat | 1 person, with custom removals | Ongoing automated requests | $179.88 a year each |
| Deindex Executive | Up to 5 people | Weekly rescans, 24h relisting response | $888 a year |
| Deindex Business | Up to 10 people, admin managed | Weekly rescans, SLA | $1,788 a year |
Buying consumer seats looks cheap, but each employee then has a personal account, a personal login and a personal credit card relationship with Incogni. There is no admin view, no single invoice and nothing to show an auditor. That is exactly the gap a business plan is meant to close. Our breakdown of what Incogni costs per person has the full consumer price list, including monthly billing.
What do the Ironwall plans include?
Essential is the base layer: a monthly scan for exposed personal information, ongoing automatic removals from data brokers and the searchable web, unlimited custom removal requests, protection for every family member living with the employee, a secure portal with real-time updates, and 2FA and SSO on the account. Chat support runs during business hours.
Premium scans every two weeks and adds privacy tools for one account (VPN, masked email, a secure phone number, a password manager, antivirus and an alternative identity generator), dark web monitoring and education resources, plus optional threat assessments.
Executive scans twice a week, gives the privacy tools to two accounts, and adds comprehensive risk assessments, fraud protection with remediation and reimbursement, emergency support from former federal law enforcement officers and, for executive teams of 20 or more, organization-level threat monitoring. Add-ons across the range include daily scans, daily reports, coverage for family members who live elsewhere, de-escalation of online threats and coordination with law enforcement or private security.
Who is Ironwall by Incogni for?
Ironwall is built for organizations whose people face real threats because of their jobs. Its own FAQ names employees, company executives, judges, court and law enforcement personnel, and social workers. The typical buyer is a corporate security lead, a court administrator or an HR team that has already had one incident: an executive's home address posted on a forum, a judge receiving threats at home, a caseworker followed from a court date.
For those buyers the quote process is normal. For a 12-person firm that wants its two partners and an office manager off people-search sites this quarter, it is slow. You will spend a week on calls before a single removal request goes out.
Incogni for Business vs buying individual plans for staff
Buying individual Incogni seats is quick and costs $95.88 a year per person, but the company owns nothing. Removal status sits in each employee's account, there is no central proof that removals happened, and when someone leaves you have no clean way to hand over or end coverage. If the reason for the purchase is duty of care or a security policy, that is a problem, because you cannot show your work.
A business plan fixes that with an admin view, one contract and reporting for the security team. The trade-off is price transparency. With Ironwall you negotiate, and with consumer seats you do not get the controls.
Incogni for Business alternatives
Three kinds of alternatives are worth a look, depending on the size of the group and the level of threat.
- Managed executive security. BlackCloak sells a full executive protection program that includes device and home network monitoring by a security operations center, with reported pricing from about $3,000 per person a year. See our BlackCloak pricing and competitors page for the numbers.
- Business versions of consumer removal services. DeleteMe for Business is quote only, like Ironwall. Optery for Business prices per seat through a calculator on its site, with an Enterprise tier by quote.
- A removal service with published business pricing. Deindex lists its Business tier at $298 a month, or $1,788 a year ($149 a month) for up to ten people, bought online like any plan, with admin onboarding and offboarding, an organization-wide exposure dashboard, consolidated quarterly reporting and invoicing with PO and net terms. For a small group, Deindex Executive covers up to five people for $888 a year with no sales call.
Optery for Business and DeleteMe for Business pricing
Optery for Business is priced per seat, one seat per protected employee, with monthly billing and seats you can switch on and off. G2 lists Core PRO at $5 a month per seat (375+ sites with Expanded Reach) and Ultimate PRO at $30 a month per seat (630+ sites, before-and-after screenshots about every 90 days and outdated Google and Bing results). A Free PRO tier gives up to 10 users an exposure report, and Enterprise, aimed at 100+ people, is quoted.
DeleteMe for Business publishes no prices. Its business page asks you to fill in a form and wait for a sales rep. As a floor, DeleteMe's consumer plan is $129 a year per person, so ten employees on individual plans would cost at least $1,290 before any volume discount. If you want a number today, Optery and Deindex are the two that publish one.
What sets Deindex apart for a business buyer is the paper trail. Every removal is filed under a named legal basis (CCPA deletion or GDPR Article 17 erasure where it applies, the broker's own opt-out otherwise), and each listing gets a dated before-and-after screenshot. A security lead can hand that quarterly PDF to legal, HR or an insurer without rebuilding it from emails. The Deindex for Business page lists what the admin side includes, and our personal data removal service page explains how the removals themselves work.
How to choose a data removal service for employees
Start with the threat, not the vendor. If the risk is a stranger finding an employee's home, the job is people-search removal with fast relisting checks. If the risk is account takeover through a personal phone, you need endpoint security, and no removal service does that.
Then check four things before you sign anything:
- Proof per removal. Ask for a sample report. A count of "requests sent" is not evidence that a listing came down.
- Rescan frequency. Brokers relist. Monthly is the floor; weekly is better for anyone who has been threatened.
- Family coverage. An executive's spouse and adult children share the address. Ironwall includes residing family on every tier; check that any alternative does too.
- Offboarding. When an employee leaves, decide in advance whether coverage ends, transfers to them or continues for a set time.
Many companies pair the removal program with short staff training on phishing and pretext calls, since exposed personal data is what makes those calls convincing. If you already run compliance courses, you can assign the privacy training in your corporate LMS alongside them and track who completed it.
Is Incogni for Business worth it?
For a large organization with high-risk staff, a security team and a procurement process, Ironwall is a serious option: three clear tiers, family coverage by default, SSO and former federal agents on call at the top. The quote-only model is standard at that size.
For a small or mid-sized company that needs a few executives or at-risk employees protected now, with a price it can approve without a sales cycle and a report it can file, a service with published pricing is the faster path. Run a free Deindex scan on one executive's name to see how many people-search listings show their home address, then pick the plan that matches the number of people you need to cover.
